Important! If you don’t connect, you have to cut bare copper. Single package, no short-circuiting.

✅ Pulse generator

• Red – VCC (Pulse positive voltage)
• Black – OV (Pulse negative voltage)
• Green – A (Phase A)
• White – B (Phase B)
• Purple – A (A opposite phase)
• Purple and Black – B (B opposite phase)

✅ Shaft selector switch

• Yellow – X (Axis selection X)
• Yellow and Black – Y (Axis selection Y)
• Brown – Z (Axis selection Z)
• Brown and Black – 4 (Axis Option 4)

✅ Shaft selector switch

• Pink – 5 (Axis Option 5)
• Pink and Black – 6 (Axis Option 6)

✅ Multiplier switch

• Gray – X1 (Multiple choice X1)
• Gray and Black – X10 (Multiple choice X10)
• Orange – X100 (Multiple X100)

✅ Emergency Stop Switch STOP

• Blue – C (Stop C)
• Blue and Black – NC (Stop NC)

✅ Working light

• Green and Black – LED+ (Positive indicator voltage)
• White and Black – LED- (Indicator negative voltage)

✅ Public end

• Orange and Black – COM (Switch input common point)

 

Note : That a copper head must be cut off and individually wrapped. Do not touch other wires, components and housing to avoid short circuitry.
1. Please read this manual carefully before wiring to avoid disrupting handwheel operation.
2. Encoder positive and negative lines should not be connected. High voltage will burn off. Usually 5V. Individual systems such as Mitsubishi 12V and PLC 24V.voltage access confirmed at the time.
3. COM is the common point of the handwheel switch. Be sure to access it, or the switch will not work properly.
4. Handwheels should be handled with ease and easily damaged by impact. Do not push the dials and switches too hard, as this may affect the service life.
5. When no A- and B signals are available, DC5-24V is supplied to the handwheel indicator.
6. Mitsubishi has no A- and B- signals and PLC has no A- and B- signals.

Instructions : Pulse Generator, red line access at voltage recognized at procurement.

• For example, Mitsubishi is connected to 12V.
• PLC to 24V.
• Not when there’s no A-B signal.
