Installation and testing

person to the company at least 5 days in advance.

5).Please ask the buyer to specify the operator and maintenance personnel of the machine, and assign special personnel to assist our company to install and debug the machine
tool.

6). After the mechanical acceptance is completed, the buyer must immediately sign the
acceptance report.

Acceptance
1). Before the installation and acceptance work, the buyer will prepare for the adjustment
according to the installation and debugging matters.

2). Appearance inspection: Visual inspection of the appearance of the personnel of both
buyers and sellers, tools and accessories inspected according to the contract and attachments.

3). Performance and function acceptance: Acceptance according to the scope of supply of
machinery and controllers determined by both parties.

4).Mechanical Accuracy Acceptance: According to the random factory inspection record
table provided by our company as the basis for acceptance.

Training
Party B is responsible for technical training for Party A. The training time is 3
working days, the training staff is 2-5 people, and the training location is in Party B. The
training includes machine structure, performance and function, CNC system, programming
and operation, machine maintenance, etc.

After-sales service
1). From the date of final acceptance of the machine tool, Party B shall have a product
warranty period of 12 months and free maintenance of the product during the warranty
period. In particular, if the machine tool arrives at Party A for 15 months, if it is not installed
and commissioned due to Party A’s reasons, the warranty period will expire and Party B will
no longer provide free installation, commissioning and maintenance.

2).During the warranty period, if it is for the user’s reasons: the loading and unloading
process, the storage time is too long, causing mechanical appearance or internal damage; the
man-made damage caused by improper operation and self-removal and modification is not
included in the above free warranty, the user must pay All repair and refurbishment costs. Note: The damage caused by natural disasters is not covered by our company’s warranty. For
example: lightning strikes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc., as well as transfer, secondary
training and so on.

3). If the machine tool fails, after obtaining the user information, it can accurately
determine the cause of the fault and the handling measures, and immediately give a reply. If
it can’t reply immediately, reply within 24 hours, and send someone to the scene for
treatment as soon as possible, depending on the part preparation time. Length.

4). After the warranty period expires, our company continues to provide maintenance
services for users, and collects part cost and service fee according to our company’s charging
standard.

5). After the acceptance is passed, the buyer has not executed the contract according to
