✅ Lubricating time and intermittent time can be adjusted.
✅ Provided with liquid level switch and pressure switch when oil volume or pressure is insufficient, the beeper makes sound, send alarm and offers abnormal signal.
✅ The panel indicator displays lubricating and intermittent status.
✅ The system uses RST key to force lubricating or elimiate abnormal reporting signal.
✅ Overflow is provided with to protect oil injector and pipeline from being damaged by high pressure.

✅ Oil supply and intermittent time are adjustable by PC controller.
✅ There are oil level gauge and automatic oil control device on the oil tank. The red light is on when the oil quantity is insufficient, which reminds you to fill it up
✅ There are two valves in the oil pump, pressure regulating valve and unloading valve.

1. This pump use lubrication N32#-N68# 2. Set the interval according to the actual oil consumption

of the equipment, press the “set” button for 2 seconds,

enter the working time set the state. Press the A/V

key to adjust the working time adjustable 1 to 999

seconds,finished waiting for 6 seconds to enter their

own interval time setting state, press A/V key to adjust

the room every time, tune 1 to 999 minutes, finished

waiting for 6 seconds automatically exit the settings

state and save, enter the work delay state, start cycle.

3. The alarm buzzing continuously, the digital tube display

“ERO”for the oil level alarm, please add oil into the oil box.

4. If it has a lot of bubbles in the oil tube or abnormal sounds

when the pumping oil, please clean filter; Clean the oil

box every two months, clean or replace oil filter.
